LEGACY JUMP BINDINGS LIMITED WARRANTY

Legacy Skis stands behind the quality and workmanship of Legacy Jump Bindings.

Legacy Jump Bindings are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

WHAT IS COVERED

If a Legacy Jump Binding or binding component fails during the warranty period because of a defect in materials or workmanship, Legacy Skis will, at its discretion, repair the product, replace the defective component, or replace the binding.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage resulting from a fall, impact, accident, misuse, or improper use.
  • Cuts, abrasions, tears, stretching, or other damage resulting from use.
  • Damage caused by improper installation or mounting.
  • Loose, damaged, or improperly installed mounting hardware.
  • Damage caused by modification of the binding or its components.
  • Damage caused by use with incompatible skis or mounting hardware.
  • Damage caused by improper storage, excessive heat, chemicals, or prolonged environmental exposure.
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect the function of the binding.

Binding components are subject to wear and deterioration through normal use and age. Worn or damaged components must be replaced immediately.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

Waterskiing involves inherent risks and the potential for serious injury.

Legacy Jump Bindings are not designed to release in all falls. Failure to release or unexpected release may increase the risk of injury.

Before each use:

  • Ensure bindings are properly installed and securely mounted.
  • Inspect bindings, screws, and hardware.
  • Do not use bindings with worn, loose, cracked, torn, or damaged components.
  • Do not modify the binding or its components.
  • Use only with compatible skis and mounting hardware.
  • Replace worn or damaged components immediately.

No binding system can guarantee release during a fall.

The warranty described above applies only to defects in materials and workmanship. It does not constitute a representation or guarantee regarding release characteristics or protection from injury.

MAKING A WARRANTY CLAIM

Before returning a product, contact Legacy Skis for warranty authorization.

Please provide:

  • Proof of purchase.
  • Photographs showing the binding and area of concern.
  • A brief description of the problem.
  • Your name and contact information.

Do not return a binding until instructed to do so by Legacy Skis.

If physical inspection is required, Legacy Skis will provide return instructions. The customer is responsible for shipping the product to Legacy Skis. If the claim is approved, Legacy Skis will repair or replace the covered product or component and return it to the customer.

LIMITATION OF WARRANTY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this limited warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by Legacy Skis for Legacy Jump Bindings and replaces all other express warranties.

Legacy Skis is not responsible for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state or jurisdiction.
